DOVISTA A/S practises its ownership through structured and active involvement in the individual brands in the DOVISTA Group. It is important to DOVISTA A/S to support as well as challenge the local management in their daily work and in their efforts to develop their brands.
DOVISTA A/S is always represented on the board of the brands in the DOVISTA Group. The boards usually also include board members with extensive knowledge of the local business or insight into the brand’s customers or distribution channels.
The management board of each individual company in the DOVISTA Group is in charge of the daily running and development.
They also carry the responsibility for implementing the plans and targets agreed with the Board of Directors for the specific business area.
