- Growing DOVISTA
Building a leading European group
Since 1941, DOVISTA has grown from a Danish window manufacturer into one of Europe’s leading suppliers of vertical windows and exterior doors.
Our development is built on long-term ownership, continuous investment and selective acquisitions. Together, these have created a group of distinctive brands, united by a shared purpose: improving daylight and fresh air in people’s everyday lives.
Our ambition is not simply to become larger, but to build a stronger European group. Each brand benefits from the group’s scale, expertise and shared capabilities while retaining the local strengths and identity that make it distinctive.
Long-term ownership
Our long-term ownership gives us the perspective and stability to invest in our brands, people, innovation and industrial capabilities. The focus is on creating sustainable value over time, rather than pursuing short-term results.
This approach supports the continued development of the group, including the most recent acquisitions of WERU Group in Germany, Arbonia’s window businesses, 4B in Switzerland and TRYBA in France.
DOVISTA today
Built over decades. Stronger as one DOVISTA
From our beginnings in Denmark, DOVISTA has grown into one of Europe’s leading window and door groups. Our development has been shaped by innovation, entrepreneurship and long-term thinking. Each milestone reflects our ambition to build a stronger company while remaining true to our purpose and ambitions.
Today, DOVISTA brings together 13 distinctive window and door brands across Europe. Each has its own heritage, market knowledge and close customer relationships.
Together, they combine strong local expertise with the scale and shared capabilities of a leading European group.

Our expertise begins with our people
Together, we make DOVISTA
Behind every window and door are the people who design, manufacture, deliver and support our products. Our success depends on creating a workplace where people feel seen, heard and valued, and where everyone can contribute to our shared success.
Our commitment extends beyond the workplace through the Employee Foundation of the VKR Group, which supports employees, their families and local communities when they need it most.
Built on responsible ownership
DOVISTA is part of VKR Group and wholly owned by VKR Holding A/S. Our long-term ownership provides a stable foundation for developing our business, investing in innovation and building for the future.
It allows us to take a long-term view, make responsible decisions and create lasting value for our customers, employees and the communities around us.
