FIRST VERTICAL WINDOW

V. Kann Rasmussen & Co puts the first vertical window on the market

VELFAC REGISTERED

Villum Kann Rasmussen registers the trademark VELFAC

1965

MODEL COMPANY

The objective of being a Model Company is defined

VKR IS ESTABLISHED

Villum Kann Rasmussen establishes VKR Holding A/S

THE VILLUM FOUNDATION IS ESTABLISHED

Villum Kann Rasmussen establishes a non-profit foundation whose purpose is to support art, science and culture

RIBO ACQUIRED BY VKR

The VKR Group acquires Ribo Vinduer

THE EMPLOYEE FOUNDATION

The Employee Foundation is established
