MODEL COMPANY

VKR IS ESTABLISHED

DOVISTA acquires WERU Group

DOVISTA acquires WERU Group, including its two leading brands: WERU (Germany) and Unilux (Germany). With the acquisition, DOVISTA becomes the market leader in the German market for vertical windows and exterior doors.
