Anti-corruption Policy
We believe in fair competition and are against bribery in any shape or form. We promote transparency and have focus on operating according to the arm’s length principle. We neither offer nor accept payment to secure an advantage. We hope that our customers choose the products they consider the best at the given price. We take the same approach to all our suppliers.
Code of Conduct for Suppliers
We firmly believe that we should behave responsibly towards the world around us, which includes society in general, beyond the requirements of legislation and regulation. The purpose of this Code of Conduct for Suppliers is to make sure that all DOVISTA products are manufactured in a way that characterises a company acting in a responsible manner with relation to all stakeholders including our supply chain.
Code of Conduct for Employees
This DOVISTA Code of Conduct for Employees is provided for all DOVISTA Group employees, describing main principles of ethical behaviour and our expectations. The DOVISTA Group complies with the UN Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
CSR Policy
This policy describes the approach to be taken in relation to the corporate social responsibility (CSR) of DOVISTA Group based on the UN Global Compact, which we have signed, and the internationally agreed minimum standards for responsible business conduct – the UN Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights (UNGP) and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (OECD).

Environmental Policy
The purpose of this Group Policy is to ensure that DOVISTA manages its negative and positive environmental impacts throughout the value chain and the life cycle of delivering its products and services, to meet its long-term environmental ambitions and goals.

This policy describes the approach to be taken in relation to creation, exploitation, and protection of value by means of intellectual property rights (IPR). The policy applies to the DOVISTA Group and all companies ultimately owned or controlled by the DOVISTA Group.
Whistleblower Policy
The Whistleblower policy underpins our obligations as a Model Company, and the management of the DOVISTA Group wishes to encourage an open dialogue on all issues related to illegal business methods, non-compliance with our policies and other issues that may be considered illegal.
Policy on Data Privacy and Ethics
The fundamental rights of individuals are of great importance to DOVISTA. Therefore, both a legal perspective and an ethical perspective are applied when processing data from our customers, employees, and other stakeholders. Security and privacy are at the core of our data governance and how we treat data. Our aim is to always ensure responsible data usage and processing.
Privacy Policy
The DOVISTA Group respects and protects your privacy. The security, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data are extremely important to us, and the processing of your personal data is conducted in accordance with the legislation on data protection.
Hazardous substances restriction
This list of legislations, regulations & directives seeks to inform our suppliers of the chemicals and materials we must exclude from our products altogether, and the threshold values regarding certain other chemicals or materials. A supplier is not authorised to deliver any products to DOVISTA until this Supplier Declaration has been signed and returned to DOVISTA.
